Glitchy

I really enjoy the game and I play it often. Its a little buggy here and there but it wasnt anything that got to me til recently. An event wasnt crediting me my items and it did so multiple times (it uses items that take a long time to obtain to craft so its a big deal to me). Support was extremely unhelpful and even stopped answering me. Extremely disappointed.
