Just check better Business bureau about this company

Its all about money.....you got to spend money to get anywhere in this game. designed for accidental Touch and of course loss of your Rubies = your ( money ) , or resources. Laggy and Full of bugs , zero help customer service , you might as well talk to a robot.
Lots of cheaters playing ,and Kabam doesnt do much about it.
Kabam has made its last draw for me , I have put up with this game as long as I played it because I put money in it, but it keep getting worse ,and their support is no help when problem arises , for past year we lost in app purchases ( Rubys = real money ),troops and recently hundreds of millions of resources all gone ,which We spent a lot of money and time on to obtain and maintain,and of course as usual their support wont help , and demands impossibly absurd! proofs , Asking for "screenshots of everything lost in order to acknowledge the loss" ,which of course never happens, because it is impossible for anyone to provide such a proof .
I want all my money back!.
